During new product launches, promotional events, Ramadan, or peak seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll notify you using the email address provided with your order.

UAE Delivery

Most UAE orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

International Delivery

The Teacher Souq proudly ships worldwide from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

International delivery times vary by destination, with most orders arriving within 3–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that customs clearance, local courier services, and international shipping conditions may occasionally result in delays beyond our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination, package size, and selected shipping method.

Your final shipping cost will always be displayed before payment is completed.

Free Shipping

We offer free UAE shipping on orders over AED 200.

Where applicable, free shipping promotions will be automatically applied and displayed at checkout.
